How do I get a freight quote?
Use our contact form or email us with your pickup and delivery locations, freight type, weight, dimensions, and preferred pickup date. We typically respond within one business day with clear, all-in pricing.
What's the difference between FTL and LTL shipping?
Full Truckload (FTL) gives your freight a dedicated trailer moving directly from pickup to delivery — fastest and best for large shipments. Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shares trailer space with other shippers, so you pay only for the space you use — ideal for smaller loads where speed is less critical.
What areas do you serve?
We move freight across all 48 contiguous states, with strong lane density on West Coast, Southwest, and transcontinental routes.
How quickly can my freight be picked up?
In many lanes we can arrange same-day or next-day pickup, depending on equipment availability and location. Expedited options are available on key corridors — tell us your deadline and we'll find the fastest option.
Is my freight insured?
Yes. All shipments are covered by carrier liability and cargo insurance. If your freight requires coverage beyond standard limits, let us know and we can arrange additional coverage for high-value loads.
How do I track my shipment?
You'll have a single point of contact at WFC who provides status updates from pickup through proof of delivery. Updates are provided proactively at every milestone.
What happens if my freight is damaged or lost?
Contact us immediately and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. We'll guide you through the claims process and work with the carrier's insurance to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What do I need to provide before my first shipment?
Just basic contact and billing information, plus details about your freight. For ongoing customers we can set up credit terms — ask us about a simple credit application.
I'm an owner operator. How do I work with WFC?
We're always looking for reliable owner operators. Visit our Owner Operators page to learn about partnering with us, or contact us with your MC number and equipment details.
